Ingredients2 tbsp olive oil1 cup of tepid water 3/4 tbsp sugar 3/4 tbsp milk powder 3/4 tsp salt 1 cup of wholewheat flour 1 cup of strong white flour 1 cup of roughly chopped olives 3/4 tsp dried yeast 1 crushed 100mg vitamin C tablet |

Method1. Grease the breadmaker bowl with all the olive oil.2. Add the water and all the ingredients. 3. Set the breadmaker for a 450g (1 lb) loaf, light bake and French style (if your machine has this setting as it allows for a loaf with more air) 4.
