Ingredients25ml olive oil1 onion (chopped) 1 tsp fennel seeds 225g carrots (chopped) 1 celery stick (chopped) 125g apples (peeled, cored and chopped) 600ml vegetable stock 600ml apple juice Salt, pepper to taste. |
Handy HintIf available, serve with a sprig of fresh fennel. |
