MethodGrease an baking tray and cover with grease proof paper.Crumble the feta cheese and spread evenly over one of the sheets of puff pastry Chop the sun dried tomatoes into small pieces and spread them evenly among the feta cheese crumbs. Put the second sheet of puff pastry on top and glaze with the milk. Cook in an oven, heated to the temperature recommended for puff pastry, until golden.
