Ingredients• 125g Butter• 200g dark chocolate • 110g golden sugar • 2 medium eggs • 130g plain flour • Orange essence |

Method1. Heat the oven to 190° C/ 180° Fan or Gas Mark 52. Line a brownie tin or similar with greaseproof paper. 3. In a saucepan heat the butter gently until melted then pour into a bowl & add half the chocolate (broken up) stir until it has melted. 4. Whist the eggs and sugar together in a bowl, then add the flour, mix well then add the chocolate & butter mixture and mix until smooth. 5. Add 1 level teaspoon of orange essence. 6. Bake in the centre of the oven for 30mins or until soft to touch. 7. When cool, cut into approximately 12-16 squares/rectangles |
