Ingredients1 celeriac1 head of broccoli, cut into florets 2 tblsp oil (any) 100g blue cheese (any) cream cheese to loosen sauce (optional) pepper to season |

Method1. Bring large pan of water to boil. Once boiling, salt if desired. Add broccoli florets and cook till tender (about 8 minutes). Lift out broccoli with slotted spoon and set aside.2. Add spiralised celeriac to same pan of boiling water and cook till just tender (about 4 minutes). Drain. 3. Add oil to a frying pan or large saucepan, followed by blue cheese and cream cheese, if using. Season generously with black pepper. Add broccoli and 'fettuccine' and turn gently using tongs. Serve and enjoy with a green side salad. |
