Collette Tropical Costa Rica Tour competition: additional T&Cs

1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom & Ireland aged 18 years or over during the period of 22 September to 1100 Monday 22 October 2018 (inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”). This promotion is open to the general public and excludes employees of the promoters Collette and Gransnet, their families, suppliers, associates or anyone professionally connected with this promotion. Entrants must be an individual.
2. Entry into this promotion is by answering the competition question during the Promotional Period pursuant to these Terms and Conditions along with full acceptance of the Terms and Conditions. One qualifying correct entry will be drawn at random at the end of the Promotional Period.
3. The winner will be notified after the promotional period ends. No correspondence or discussion will be entered into. Winners will be notified via email and/or phone.
4. No responsibility is assumed for any lost, delayed or incomplete entries.
5. By entering this promotion, registrants confirm their agreement to take part and allow the use of their name and details, in any non-paid associated publicity.
6. The promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel this promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in its opinion, or if circumstances arise out of its control.
7. The promoter may substitute any incentives applicable to this promotion as it, in its sole and absolute discretion, may determine.
8. The promoter is not liable for any costs, claims, damages or loss suffered by any person as a result of entering this promotion occasioned by any failure, however caused, in the fulfilment of the terms of this promotion, except that no term in this promotion will operate to limit the liability of any party for death or personal injury caused by negligence of the promoter.
9. If the promoter, in its sole and absolute discretion, believes that a person is deliberately manipulating entries into this promotion, the promoter may exclude such person from this promotion.
10. If any tax is levied by any applicable tax authority in respect of this promotion, such tax levied will be the responsibility of, and paid by, the registrant to the applicable tax authority.
11. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or promotion. No cash alternative will be offered in respect of any prize offered.
12. The prize offered pursuant to this promotion and subject to these Terms and Conditions are as follows: Tropical Costa Rica land tour based on double occupancy including return economy flights for two adults including door to door airport transfers within 150 miles to be completed before 31 December 2019. Note that the promoter reserves the right to substitute any incentives or prize/s applicable to this promotion as it, in its sole and absolute discretion may determine.
13. Other than as set out expressly in these Terms and Conditions, qualifying registrants will be responsible for all other additional costs associated with this promotion and any incentive.
14. Note that any pictures, images or graphics used in this promotion or its related promotional materials are not necessarily representative of any incentive offered pursuant to this promotion.
15. All competition entries and any accompanying material submitted to the promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned. By submitting your competition entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: (a) assign to the promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and (b) waive all moral rights, in and to your competition entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time in force anywhere in the world.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction. These Terms and Conditions and this promotion are governed by and controlled by English law and the jurisdiction of the English courts shall apply.
