The Portuguese thread is obviously being left because GNHQ are:

a) In awe of the international linguistic abilities of GNetters and decided to leave it to see how clever they can be.

b) Realised that it's the one thread where no one has insulted/argued with anyone else and so are enjoying the peace and quiet.

c) Haven't taken their heads out of their books for long enough to notice the dozens of reports that it's a spam thread.

So how come the Portuguese thread is still there ????

25Avalon if it was your thread, which I didn't see, it would probably be because it is sub judice and too much speculation on social media could prejudice the outcome of a trial.

As a site GN is very troll heavy at the moment, some deletion might be a good thing.

I didnt see the thread but if his speculation on an upcoming court case then of course they should delete if it would impact on a prosecution.

I once had a photo removed from Facebook of a cute little cat sitting under a Christmas tree, part of my yearly holiday advent Calendar I do each year to countdown to the 25th. The reason given for deletion - it might encourage suicide!

I believe it was the thread I started re Wayne Couzens, deleted for too much speculation! What is too much speculation? I see plenty of speculation everywhere on GN. If you deleted them all there wouldn’t be much left on here apart from games. So do we add to the rules “No Speculation “?

GN cannot ignore the law.
