Moving house!

Had to tell you - we've just accepted an offer! If you remember, DH has been SO gloomy about it all; he expected every viewer to buy it. And it has only been on the market for 3 weeks. Know there's a way to go yet, but he's happily making lists now. Thanks for all the support, my friends.

Hooray! Ariadne good news! Hope all goes well now. When we were in the moving chain (a yr ago) we sold ours first & it helped to focus the mind on what to buy... not too much dithering!

He's not worrying now, because he can make lists and plan things! Half our stuff is in storage anyway, and we are going to rent for a couple of months, even though we know the area quite well. Just keeping my fingers VERY firmly crossed!

They can't help themselves can the Ariadne sneeking in adverts,so well done on your sale offer such good news I have seen quite a lot of "sale Agreed" boards up locally I hope the market is going to stay that way and give the younger ones a chance to own their own homes.
