Brightening grey here in N Shropshire. We're having a reorganisation of part of the garden border, so we're off to the garden centre in time for a spot of lunch. Then back in time for men in lycra and the Central Massif

SiL's birthday today, I'm spending the day at DD's house with them and DGD. Bit of a motorway drive to get there though, waiting for rush hour to finish before I set off.

Good morning, Michael and all GNs. Sunny here in South Yorkshire. A quiet day for us today. We have a friend coming over to look at our new conservatory roof this afternoon as they are thinking of having one fitted. Then, depending on how she comes through her surgery today, we may go up to the hospital to see my niece for an hour. Then, of course, DH will be cheering on his boyos!

Just "brightish" here in Stockport. I want to get the slow cooker on with goulash today so need to get moving. I love a few meals in the freezer to make life easy.
