How old were you when had your first born

Married at 18. First child at 20, 2nd at 21, 3rd at 27, 4th at 28, husband died before birth of 4th. Re married at 33, had twins at 34. ?

Married at 21 - First child at 22 - 9 months and 1 day after getting married!

Didn't know a single thing about how to look after a baby. Sat with baby in bath on top of coffee table, baby book in front of me and 'followed the pictures' about how to bathe baby !

Married at 21, first and only child at 42 !
I called him Matthew - a gift from God. After 20 years of trying to conceive he was my miracle.

Married at 17, first child at 17. It is now looking back I realise just how young I was. I had 3 children by the time I was 21.
Fourth child was born when I was 42.

Married at 24. First baby at 26
No sign of another, and no problems detected so
Adopted a baby when I was 29
Had another baby at 31, then another at 33
Last one when I was almost 40. A big shock, and I felt ancient at the clinic with all the young mums.
I also fostered pre-school children when I was between between 28 and 32
Hard work, and not much money, but I wouldn’t change a thing. They are aged 40-55 now.

1st at 18, 2nd at 19 and 3rd at 27. I Don't regret having them so young, but my ex said he did. They are now 46, 45 and 37.

Married just before my 19th birthday, 1st baby at 20 and by the time I was 32 had 5. I was an only child who over reacted! Oldest is 49 and the youngest is 38, how can that even be true??

I am taken aback by how many of us married so young and had babies so soon.

Between 18 - 28, when my first child was born, I went to university, worked up to a reasonable level in my career for seven years and at 35 resumed my career close to the level I had reached when I stopped at 28.

Married at 18, first child 18 2nd 20 third 23 fourth 25. So I was quite young, and we wanted our children while we were young. Think I must be one of the youngest mothers on here. Both my daughters had babies at 18, and 19 and are now grandmothers themselves!!

Got married at 17, first child one month before my 18th birthday, second one just before my 20th, third at 21

I married at 24 and felt I had no time to lose so had my four children in seven years.
