The other evening I watched the final of Celebrity Best Home Cook, and found myself thinking, ‘he’s really rather cute’ about Ed Balls! I also find Chris Whitty strangely fascinating.
Is there anyone you secretly fancy?

I'm old (aren't most of us) - so well past fancying anyone. Aren't crushes a teenage thing?

Daniel Craig because he looks a bit battered and bruised as James Bond should.

Well mine isn't a crush but it's OK to notice when someone is attractive I think. Or is that not the done thing now? I've lost track!

KittyLester how many times do I have to say it Rufus Sewell is all mine grin

Well I feel sorry for anybody who thinks they are too old to have a bit of a crush, it’s harmless fun and adds a bit of spice to life in these dark times.

I’m favouring Robson Green this week, I like the twinkle in his eye.

It is called art appreciation.

I appreciate David Tennant. A purely aesthetic judgement.

Alan Titchmarsh would suit me nicely thanks

I had to look up Rufus Sewell ......no.....let me rephrase that.

Sara1954 Fri 19-Feb-21 19:23:14

Yes I get the Chris Witty thing, my daughter and I watch him and say, oh isn’t he lovely, and my ten year old granddaughter says we’re seriously weird!
But my real crush is John Humphries

Matt Tebbutt on Saturday Kitchen Live. Handsome, good sense of humour and he’s a great cook.

Pantglas2 Fri 19-Feb-21 19:25:49

The queue for Rufus Sewell is behind me, laydees.....be patient!

Sara1954 Fri 19-Feb-21 19:29:14

You can all fight over Rufus Sewell, I’ve never heard of him.

Jaxjacky Fri 19-Feb-21 19:42:27

Luke Evans ( the Pembrokeshire Murders), until I discovered he’s gay, but it’s theoretical, so doesn’t matter ?

AmberSpyglass Fri 19-Feb-21 19:42:52

I’m adding Michelle Gomez and Eva Green to my list. Get the impression no one’s going to fight me on those here wink

What a variety!
I still quite like Jude Law, even tho his hair is receding a bit.

LucyW Fri 19-Feb-21 20:01:17

Robson Green as he seems like a cheeky chappy. Bruce Springsteen for his sex appeal. Brad Pitt especially in Legends of the Fall. The late Alan Rickman. The late David Bowie. Quite a long list!

JackyB Fri 19-Feb-21 20:02:56

Phil Wang. Also love his humour and he's brainy too.

grandmajet Fri 19-Feb-21 20:03:16

Variety is the spice of life, Lucy.

Puzzler61 Fri 19-Feb-21 20:08:29

Monty Don for me. He could give me a garden to die for and he loves his dogs. ? ?

nanasam Fri 19-Feb-21 20:09:05

Idris Elba and Fernando Alonso do it for me wink

Biscuitmuncher Fri 19-Feb-21 20:13:48

Rupert Penry Jones for me please

Anniebach Fri 19-Feb-21 20:14:42

Michael Sheen

Kate1949 Fri 19-Feb-21 20:15:25

Oh and James Martin

Scribbles Fri 19-Feb-21 20:17:25

Christopher Eccleston (but, if he's busy, I wouldn't kick Idris Elba out of bed).

BlueSky Fri 19-Feb-21 20:21:36

How about Fred from First Dates? Such French charm! Of course we can still have crushes! wink
