Following on from a suggestion by Mawthemerrier in another thread, I checked out the Seasalt outlet store on EBay and found a dress I’ve been eyeing up £20 cheaper than on the Seasalt website.

(And now I’ve spotted another one! Resist, resist.)

Congratulations! Now, what to buy with the £20 you've saved. . . . wink

Blossoming Fri 30-Sep-22 21:35:20

If I buy the other dress as well I will have saved another £30 grin

Spending money to save money is thoroughly sensible.... I have decided lol

I’m £50 up so far!

I love buying clothes at reduced prices, thus saving money. OH never understands why that means I have extra money to spend! It’s obvious, if I buy a dress reduced from £70 to £30, I then have another £40 to spend. Easy.

Must look, thanks.

I was buying some Clark's shoes when a drop down voucher notification appeared showings same shoes for sale in Amazon at £30 cheaper. Didn't do that for my boots though still £90 I hope they last a few years.

I do like saving money ?

Oh I do love a bargain. I bought a Ralph Lauren dress in TKMaxx recently with ££££s off the original price.
Maw also introduced me to Sahara clothing and I was lucky enough to find a jacket in their sale. ?

For all the money I have “saved” I should be a millionaire by now.

After buying a full-price jacket from Barbour, I just googled the name of it and up it popped £50+ cheaper, so the first is going back unworn. Never thought About eBay but had some Joules dresses from there a few years ago. Will try them now . Usually buy Sea salt when it's two t-shirts for £45 pounds. Thanks Maw.flowers

Ooh, I need to save some money to help with the energy bills. I'd better go and see how much I can save.

You should never have told me about Sahara! I have been hankering after a necklace on their site for approx. a year. Had a look last week hoping it may be in the sale….it wasn’t but I decided I needed it and it arrived yesterday! In a way it eased my conscience considering sale items I was lucky to find elsewhere. ?

Fleur20 Sat 01-Oct-22 15:02:36

Oh dear!.. this is going to be expensive!!
Can anyone tell me what the sizing is like with Seasalt... accurate to measurements in the sizing chart or generous?

Just looked at the ebay site and now have a list!!

MrsKen33 Sat 01-Oct-22 15:10:37

Seasalt come up just a little big on me. I am size 16 up top and 14 below and 5 feet 5.
Just bought a pair of wide leg, cropped, corduroy trousers. £69 . 50, for £ 32 . Brilliant .

Fleur20 Sat 01-Oct-22 15:12:43

I hate ordering stuff , then sending it back due to sizing issues... and every shop seems to have a different size chart!!

Blossoming Sat 01-Oct-22 16:11:02

Leave some for me! ?

FleurPepper I’m a shrimp and I love that Seasalt have petite sizes. I’m a size 16 and their 16 Petite is perfect for me. I wear their shift dresses with leggings and boots, or jeggings.

I never even realised ebay had an outlet section, now it is holding me captive

Revisiting this thread to say my Seasalt dress arrived today and it’s lovely. I’ve tried it on, perfect fit. I love that most Seasalt dresses have pockets. smile
