Seeing my family!

Travelling makes me feel young.

Doing occasional work in a secondary school and being amongst young people. Their youth seems to seep in via osmosis.

walks in the park with our new puppy

Walking on the beach barefoot & looking for shells, hand-in-hand with my grandchildren.

Doing yoga and playing with my dog make me feel young again both in body and mind.

Fostering children! It keeps me on my toes and keeps me mixing with younger people at the school gates etc

Spring always makes me feel young, watching the new birth of trees and flowers - until the lawn needs mowing and the hedges cutting …..

Dancing like no one's watching!

Definitely going on the water slides on holiday

Kicking leaves in the autumn and crunching through big piles that have just been swept . By the time my children were about 10, they thought I was silly but I still do it now. Even if I'm on my own I cannot walk past a big piles on leaves .

Spending time with the younger members of the family.

Listening to 70's and 80's music always makes me feel young again

I am almost 56 years old, so the answer is easy for me! My 28 year old partner! We have been together for 4 years, live together with our 4 cats and enjoy going to rock gigs!

Last week i skipped along the aisle in asda with my grandson, we brought some Rainbow Drops and white mice sweets....and i felt young again

Meeting up with my best friend (who I’ve been besties with since we were 4) keeps me young. We revert back to being giggly schoolgirls in no time !

I’m writing ✍️ my memoirs about growing up in Cornwall in the 50’s and 60’s and just thinking ? about those times and listening to the 60’s Music ? and I’m there. A teenager again, wearing flip flops and Bermuda shorts, hanging out with the surfers ?‍♀️,swimming, sunbathing, lazing on the beach...I just have to close my eyes and I’m there ?
