Many years ago I read somewhere or other Prince Charles eschews butter and requested an olive oil drizzler beside his place at table. Since then I have been impressed by this behaviour and I eventually bought an olive oil drizzler off Amazon and stopped buying butter.

I have however felt envious of Prince Charles as I imagined he would send his chef for the best oill drizzler in the world whereas the Amazon selection is uninspired.

I’ve not had butter for over a year and tend to eat less bread now but I do use a vegan spread made by Naturali it’s really nice and I couldn’t eat butter again it’s so greasy.

The best chicken and chips I ever had was in Spain----drenched in olive oil. Fabulous.
I used to pour it over salads and also crispy bread as it soaked in.

Whitewavemark, please name the make and supplier of your oil drizzler which looks as if it is easy to charge, pours daintily, and looks as if it is not easily knocked over.

I bought an oil drizzler in France years ago which I use to drizzle garlic infused olive oil. I love garlic and use the oil through pasta and added parmesan also through a green salad.

President butter is the only one I use.
