What fanfare would you walk into ?

Heard this on local radio last night.

If you were walking into a room on a special occasion what fanfare would represent you as a person, not necessarily a favourite song but something that linked to you. Here are 3 examples from the programme.

Don't bring me down by ELO

Theme tune to Steptoe & Son !

Dancing Queen by Abba

I will put my mind to what fanfare I would have, but over to you now.

I rather like the theme music from ‘The Magnificent Seven’ be rather a dramatic entrance , minus the horse

What a great idea Sheilasue the Elvis departure music. If we chose it we could have the vicar or whoever say
‘Kate or Sue has left the building’ what a send off. ?

Walk on the Wild Side by Lou Reed
or Bewley Brothers by David Bowie would be my tunes - not a lover of the anthem vibe

Not really a Fan Fair but it would have to be "A Glass of Champagne" by Sailor.

Bubbly is my favourite drink and was even before we lived in Champagne Ardennes region. Also I've loved the song from the very first time I heard it in Holland back in the 70's.

So a most fitting theme to enter to, not that I can ever see me ever having to make an entrance.

Closest I'm likely to get is OH saying when are you going to be ready lol

Like so many others I love FFtTCM

Back to the Trump suggestions. I nominate "if I only had a brain" from The Wizard of Oz next time he enters a room. Do you think he'd get it?

Born to be Wild by Steppenwolf. It will be played as I am carried in at my funeral. As the curtains close it will be This is the Moment by the Moody Blues. Perfect words....

Either Fight the Hood Fight or I Did It My Way grin

As the coffin slides in and the curtain closes --
There may be trouble ahead but while there's music and love and romance lets face the music and dance --
to be followed by the mourners (if there are any) dancing out the door

I am very glad so many people like their baroque music and that ‘The Arrival of the Queen of Sheba’ is so universally loved.
