My back is a pain, sorry for the pun,

Home remedy is a hot water bottle, but I also have a bog standard Tens machine, and trying to keep the pads in place is a bit of a hit or miss, also the wires seem to tangle and the best place to' park' the machine is in my bra. The pads also seem to detach themselves easily.

Now I am looking at a WIFI machine with rechargeable batteries,

Any recomendations will surely help me make up my mind.

I use a TENS machine regularly jollyg . I've been using the same one for several years now and it's the type with batteries (doesn't recharge) I have had several sets of replacement pads over the years but normally find cleaning them with just water helps to renew the stickiness/effectiveness. I use mine on my lower back ( for leg pain) and on my legs too. Don't know where I'd be without it.

An update and thanks gillybob for your response.

Some days things are bad , some better.

However I persevered with my search for something without wires,

Found it on AMAZON MARKETED BY THE TENS CO, cost a tad under£ 20.

It comes with pads which are super sticky, and is recharged by a mob phone recharger link. So its not wifi but wireless. Charge the unit up and it lasts for 3 hours

I use a Tens Machine. I find it very good. It's called Hi-Dow Tens Machine which is cordless and rechargeable. It was bought from Med-Fit and given to me as a gift from my family. Here is a link to their Website
