Should UK's wealthier citizens be obliged to surrender their right to all the concessions eligible to them at the age of 60, such as free bus pass and State pension or should it be voluntary? I'm a little conflicted, as they are the higher tax payers and have been making a huge contribution to the State coffers over the years...it would be nice to think that their conscience would drive them to it without it having to be mandatory
