Hi Gransnetters, I am in my mid 50's and finding it really difficult to obtain employment. True to say that in earlier years there were numerous career opportunities for everybody, but now with fewer jobs around the styling of interviews is entirely diffierent and frightens the life out of me. I now dread the sort of things that I will be asked such as "What is your weakness"? or "What do you think you can bring to the company"? Oh yes I am sure that a lot of you in my situation can relate to this.
How does everybody else feel and how do you answer these particular questions?
