How lovely to see this message. I started this group at the end of last year and it has been incredibly successful. We have a group of about 15 women of all different ages come each week and a total membership of over 50. It is free and lasts about an hour. I have started another one on brightlingsea this week and i run a walking group in Wivenhoe which is free to join. Email [email protected] if you are interested.
