Elderly parents

Morning, I wonder if anybody could point me in right direction? My parents are in their 80's & live independently . They are now finding certain things difficult to maintain. Does anyone know where I can find info regarding getting them help with cutting hedge, mowing lawn & a bit if decorating?? They can't afford to pay much. Grateful for any ideas. Thanku

Have you looked through the directory on this website? There is help out there.
I presume that your parents are in the Colchester area.
Try Age UK Colchester bit.ly/1Sshcvh , who may be able to point you in the right direction.

There is website called Streetlife joining is self explanatory and you just ask for local people to recommend someone for what you need you have to put your postcode so all recommendations are local I have used it a few times and found it very useful.
