This election has been more fun than usual. Mainly because they're making a bigger dog's breakfast of their politics than we are!

Many posters on gransnet get enthusiastic about politics, as the politics threads show.
It's true that this election has been more fun than usual because it's an even bigger dog's breakfast than our own politics (thanks NfkDumpling) How on earth a country like the USA couldn't come up with more acceptable candidates is a mystery, though it seems to be similar all over Europe. Mr Trump as president is a much more frightening scenario to me, than one in which Hilary is in charge. What we need is four years of Hilary, followed by Michelle Obama as president.

I watched the Skye news coverage of the final presidential debate yesterday evening. If Trump wins that election, heaven help us all. Although, he now says he'll only accept the outcome if he wins.

Lol, Iam64, I dont actually go out of my way to watch the election, it's plastered all over the newspapers and the screaming is always taking place when you turn the television on! Agree NfkDumpling, it would be nice to see Michelle as president, whether she's a man or a woman
