I feel so annoyed. Yesterday whilst working in a local charity shop, I was shocked and annoyed that not one child that I served said 'Thanks' or 'Please'. The worse thing was that they actually had their Mothers standing behind them as I served them!
I am so glad that my Grandchildren are not so rude.
