Oh well I hope its merciful and mother and the baby are safe and healthy.

The World is agog and awaiting the news..........trusting that both mother and babe will be fine.

Victoria or Alice for a baby girl
Arthur or Albert for a baby boy.
Not very fashionable names but certainly will be on the lists I think.

Alice or Phillip, maybe Victoria or Alfred, Arthur or Mary? We shall know soon enough.

Well, I'm backing Alice for a girl as one of our daughters has that name - it has been in both mine and Dh's family for generations. We already have an Albert George (Bertie) and a Charlotte (Lottie) so we are feeling quite royal.

Ah but if it's a girl we could have our own Princess Beatrix which means 'blessed ' but for the 21st centuary ' A brexit'.

I think Kate and William are fairly traditional and if it's a little girl she will be Elizabeth , a boy Michael after her father.

I am always astounded that people camp out outside the hospital awaiting a royal birth.
