Boosgran: 'what state was he in? ' is a question, not an accusation of anything.

I did not write 'what state was he in !!!'

and yes, due to his Seniority- it is a relevant question. Thank you.

I’ve no idea what state he was in it was your word not mine Jura. I think you were implying he was drunk or on drugs. If he was he is a disgrace and should be sacked but the point I’m making is we don’t know. I must admit it did look like it but I cannot believe he would be allowed in the chamber in that state.

Who knows? Several bad nights with little sleep recently saw me both dropping a mug of tea and later almost falling over.
Medication of certain kinds can also have an effect, or it could be a glass of vino too much at lunchtime for Gove.
People are always quick to judge ( like Merkel shaking) but in truth, it could be almost any reason.

Yes, lemongrove I completely agree with you.

The shortage of doctors can be immediately solved just by getting GNs to take over as some seem to be able to diagnose someone just from a short film clip.

I agree Oldwoman.
Apart from looking as though he might be going to pick his nose at one point (but decided against it) and a slight spasm towards his left side at the end of the clip, which could have been anything or nothing, I couldn’t see anything untoward in his demeanour.

This is from January but still quite funny:

It was after he admitted to using Cocaine.

At first I thought the Facebook one was doctored, but I've watched it a few times and the other people are not making strange movements.

He does look drunk - wonder what time of day it was.

Watching it again, it seems that both the MP to his right, and the Speaker to his left- became aware of it- but tried very hard to ignore it.
