Jillybird, how lucky you are to be back on HRT. My doctor refuses to let me go back on it. I am 72 but miss it so much.

This is way too expensive. Sorry, won't be taking part as I shall forget to cancel the subscription and end up paying vast amounts.

I am sensitive to estrogen and unfortunately have most of typical menopausal symptoms. Weight gain and hot flushes almost every day. I struggle to find useful info in one place. Would love to try this app and share my views and possible progress for my ,,pains,,.

Hi I'd love to have the sixweek free trial. With having a thyroid problem already that exaggerates the menopause. I used to wake up with anxiety. Thank goodness HRT helps enormously. How ever I don't think it gets rid of everything the foggy brain, sensitivity to stress ! Any help gladly appreciated ! ??????

I think £25 a month is out of the question so although I need support I won’t be able to sign up. I’ll keep searching for answers on the internet thanks.

I’m 50 and currently peri menopausal ?‍♀️
It’s driving me crazy with hot flushes, crazy periods and mood swings - I would LOVE to try this to see if it would help.

What a great idea and would love to contribute, but why only
iPhone and not the other half of us menopause sufferers on android.

My surgeon put me onto oestrogen by inserting an implant during the op. I have never reached menopause as I am still replacing the oestrogen thirty+ years later and I feel wonderful as a result. There are a lot of us on Gransnet who have opted out Sjonlegs.
It is your choice whether or not to take the “menopausal journey”.

Oh goodness I REALLY need help with this.

I'm 48 next month, and after 3 children had to have an emergency full hysterectomy the day before my 40th birthday (Happy Birthday me!)!

I've suffered symptoms over the past few years, but the past couple have been pretty horrific.

I didn't get any support initially, and have had to persist with the GP's more recently, but find I get more information online or from friends.

I would love the opportunity of having some personal care on this.

We are looking for Gransnetters who have been through menopause or are currently in perimenopause to test out Vira Health’s new service. STELLA is an easy-to-use app that provides you with daily guidance, a personal menopause coach, helpful resources and progress tracking functions, all focused on alleviating specific symptoms. The app will be most beneficial for those experiencing weight gain, sleep disorders, hot flushes, night sweats, incontinence, anxiety, mood swings, and low mood.

We’re looking for Gransnet users to test a prototype of the app, which is only currently available via the Safari browser on iOS devices. Please only sign up to take part if you have access to an iPhone.

Selected testers will be sent a unique sign up link which will provide them with a free 6 week trial of the service, which will cost £25/month, or £150/year.

If you’re selected, you’ll need to use STELLA over the course of 6 weeks.

Following testing the service, selected testers will need to give their feedback via a thread on Gransnet and a short survey. All testers who give the required feedback will be entered into a prize draw where one GNer will win a £100 voucher for the store of their choice (from a list).
