Ingredients225g (8oz) smoked trout115g (4oz) Quark 2 tbsp parsley (chopped) 1 tbsp Dijon mustard 1/2 tsp pickled lemon peel (chopped) (optional) |
Handy HintThis can be divided into 4 portions and frozen until needed. This recipe is ideal for a light lunch served with little gem lettuce leaves as the carrier for the pate, or as a starter with toasted soda bread. |
