Ingredients4 chicken breast fillets2 teaspoons paprika 2-3 tablespoons of cooking oil Juice of 1 lemon 1 tablespoon of soy sauce |

Method1. Cut chicken breasts into strips (about thickness of your little finger).2. Dust with paprika so that they are well coated. 3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Add chicken strips and stir-fry over a hight heat for about 5 minutes. 4. Add the lemon juice and soy sauce and quickly boil until it reduces slightly and coats the chicken in a sticky glaze. It is now ready to serve, with salad or baked potato, rice or noodles. |
