Good Morning all!

It's pickling down here in North Leicestershire! And, we have SNOW in the forecast!

Taking my car for its MoT this morning which seems a bit pointless as we are trading it in in a couple of weeks confused. This afternoon, we are getting a quote for some work in the kitchen - we've decided to change the built in wine rack to drawers . We can't store wine in the wine rack as the DGC keep pulling the bottles out and dropping them on the tiled floor! shock

Enjoy your Monday, everyone! sunshine

Good morning all. A little bit of blue among the clouds and a little sprinkle of snow on the ground here in Stockport.
That was a complete surprise. I am off to the second of my Dementia Carers course today.

Good morning to you all, and bright and sunny on the coast, a fine day is forecast, so more washing while it is possible to get it dry. Feeling a bit low this morning, think my age is catching up with me, will brighten during the day I am sure. Enjoy your days.

Snowing here now,
Mick

Morning all.

Bit cloudy, bit sunny and definitely flippin cold.

A quiet day for me, apart from chauffeuring DH too and from his gardening job.

It is sunny but cold here in NW London. I am going to visit a friend in hospital again today, only over 5 miles but 2 tubes, 2 buses and a short walk. There has to be an easier method.

Good morning everyone.
We have a little snow in Northumberland. It is very cloudy and looks like we may have more before long. Housework for me today.
Whatever y are doing, enjoy the day. smile

You, (why does it do that)?

I'm in Edinburgh for a couple of days after a wonderful weekend of circle dancing. It's bright, so far, and I'm having a lazy morning, then visiting my DGD later on.

Morning everyone!
It's just been snowing briefly and now the sun is shining but the sky is black!
Oops! It's now snowing again.

Dentist later, I hope no treatment is required as funds are low at the moment. hmm

Dull here in mid Essex at the moment but Ceefax promising sunshine. I hope they are correct as I am about to put out some heavy washing to dry. Cleaners coming at mid-day to give the house it fortnightly blitz so I shall just keep out of the way and spend a bit of time on Gransnet.
Have a good day.

Good morning. Desultory snowflakes falling here in NE Cheshire. I heard yesterday that we'd had the sunniest winter since 1929. Really? It hasn't felt like that here!

Changeable here in N Bucks today. Very windy now.

Have been to physio' and now signed off. Afternoon of odd jobs and cleaning.

Snow showers in N.Staffs. Cold with an ever darkening sky. Went to a funeral at 11.00. Right time, wrong day, it's next Monday! How could that happen? DH not impressed. confused

loopylou Mon 02-Mar-15 13:21:36

Juliette I once turned up at a stranger's cremation- thought it was odd we didn't know anyone but we'd arrived late.
Turned out that the crem was 'running late' (?) so had to sidle out at the end and join the queue for the right one blush
Bright and sunny here but very chilly wind and ominous looking clouds approaching from the north.....

I went to Sainsbury's in bright sunshine. While at the till the 8 year old (ok, maybe 10) boy serving me said 'Did you see it was snowing?' So it was. Black sky, ferocious gale and driving snow. I fought my way to the car with my trolley, decided not to risk B&Q, drove home, parked on the snowy drive, went inside to unlock, remove gloves and prepare for operation unload - and the sun came out. By the time the boot was empty you would never know it had happened, apart from my gently steaming jeans and soggy gloves!
