I have noticed that no-one ever mentions recording their favourite TV programmes. We do that all of the time, watch what we want, when we want. Someone mentioned heavy meals and perhaps a little of the "amber nectar" making people tired. Absolutely, cut down on both, makes a world of difference.It is very frustrating though, perhaps after reading through all of the posts maybe we should try getting to bed a little earlier. My oh always wanted to stay up later and later, if I mentioned going to bed a little earlier he would say, why, have you got to go to work in the morning?. Well, no, but it would be nice to see something of the morning! A little medical intervention might also be necessary, but let's face it, men do like their own way, don't they!
