I’m an old fogey . Are you ?

I'm a fogey and proud to be one! Life is too short for uncomfortable footwear or tight clothing. I hate being out in the evening. I've got special glasses for everything- driving, reading, eating, writing etc.
Fogeys rule! - or at least I wish we did. We'd know how to do things properly! ?

I took some pictures of particularly bad ones and forwarded them to the council today.

It does keep me busy, I have to say.
As one gets repaired (that's one every 25 years!) 5 more appear.

These made me laugh. Thanks everyone. Glad I'm not alone.

Old fogeys clog up the supermarket on a Saturday morning when they have time to do their shopping in the week.

Old fogeys go on jaunts using their free bus passes.

Old fogeys grumble about the cold in the winter, then grumble about the heat in the summer.

I try not to be but I do like my house warm and wearing slippers. Bu I turn the heat up on my hive on my phone! Xx

Me too, I mute the telly during the ads as they are so much louder than the programmes.
I avoid the rush hour.
I wear vests, pinnies and slippers, sometimes all at once.
I prefer to stay in during the evenings.
I inwardly tut if it's noisy in the library.
Never say no to a cup of tea.
Can't get the hang of new technology. My new phone has 26 'things' on it but I only use 8 of them.

MissAdventure with the amount of potholes in our area you must have writers cramp!!!

Oh yes! I rejoice in my fogeyness.

I wear flat comfortable shoes, elasticated waists, and write letters of complaint about potholes.
