I think you've miss understood Madgran it's your saggy bits you're supposed to tie knots inbut well done for being able to kneel on your left knee while holding your little toe on your left foot behind your back!!!

Even if you don't manage to get your right foot behind your neck, it's still very impressive.

I have to wonder how many people here are projecting their issues with their own DILs and daughters - the level of personal affront here is really odd.

No. I may feel exactly the same for any elderly grandparents, one ill, who were facing something similar even if not so publically.
