I suspect that if there are more transwomen buying these pants than women, they will continue to cut them more roomy, and women will have to find other styles that suit them better. That won’t be difficult though, as there will always be plenty of styles to fit women. There are more of us, and always will be, however much the language police rob the word of its meaning.
Realistically though - transwomen need pants, so it’s a bit of a non-issue ?. There is no point in making them look the same as women’s pants on the packaging, however, as that way no-one will know where they are and which style to buy. Ultimately, they will need some sort of indication on the packaging or work done on the branding/marketing to attract transwomen and deter women, or they will all and up being returned.
(And yes, I am aware that there is a high risk that this thread is a wind-up!)
