to be irritated by the constant 'surveys' on my phone?

The Amazon delivery guys irritate me. As mentioned, dump the package in full view from the road, state it was hand delivered and do not ring the doorbell.

Yes you always have to give one star for reviews. You can’t give no stars for something/service you wouldn’t wish on your worst enemy.

I get them all the time on my mobile and emails.

I did one survey about the doctors surgery and one about the hospital because they're both top class but then they started sending me more of the same thing so I ignored and deleted.

I only ever pay for things with cash when possible but once I had to pay by card for cleaning stuff and I got a message wanting a survey/review! It was only a load of boring laundry/cleaning, nothing exciting or nice so I didn't bother replying but they pestered me with multiple surveys in one week, all of which I blocked/ignored!

Various surveys/reviews on online stuff I've bought, I just don't bother replying!

If I've bought something and I think it's top class then I'll happily get onto their website or TripAdvisor and give a 10/10 review as I did with a brilliant Fine Dine Indian Restaurant recently but I won't do it for boring things like cleaning, tea bags etc.!

I get a text survey every time I get a delivery from Amazon, the trouble is, you only get boxes to tick, there's no facility to tell them "no I'm not happy, I'm bl**dy fuming, your moron of a delivery man left my parcel on my doorstep in full view of any opportunist thief passing by"

I received a text informing me to call a particular clinic to make a long awaited appointment - no problem with that.........so I made the call to book the appointment.

The conversation was very hard work and getting sense from the person on the other end was like pulling teeth, she was obstructive to the point that I thought she was either pissed up or just being deliberately rude.

A short time afterwards I received another text asking how the booking process was for me! Perfect timing.......and apparently my comments would be anonymous. I wonder if the call handler knows the booking process has a follow-up customer satisfaction poll?

Waitrose wants a survey every time I buy a loaf of bread. I gave them a mouthful, but now I just ignore anything from them. I just find it so irritating.

I have started getting a lot of these recently, too, most coming through as text messages shortly after I have been in contact with a company. I have better things to do with my time so ignore 99% of them.

I don’t answer any calls these days unless they are on my friend list. If they leave a message and it is real rather than someone trying to get money, then I answer. Seems to have reduced the number of crap calls at least.

Do you have email? All messages like that come to me via the web, and I can mark them all as spam. Never had any surveys on my phone, though lots of other rubbish with a Philipino accent.

This has got on my nerves for ages. Years ago if you bought a shirt or dress from a department ( or any) store, you weren't obliged to run back a week later , or indeed ever, to mark the purchase out of 10.
These "happy sheets" as I think they are called are dished out literally almost after every purchase these days. I used to feel that I ought to reply but now I delete them almost automatically.
I make exceptions for excellent or appalling service or quality to assist other purchasers and Trustpilot.

Yes! I had one from the local hospital A&E - "How likely would you be to recommend us to a family member?" I mean, if your arm is hanging off, what's the choice?!

It is the ones from the dentist and the GP surgery that annoy me. How likely would I be to recommend the local doctors? Well , no choice really . The Practice is the only one around for miles
