AIBU to think it’s shocking Southwark Council refused a lesbian space because it's female-only?

Problem is - if you look at some of the trans boards online - it's not enough they go along to lesbian group, they want to be considered lesbian whether they're entire male or no. That includes copping off with a lesbian. If the lesbian says no, because she's homosexual not heterosexual, she's accused of transphobia.

I wish this whole trans thing would go away. We still have the case in Scotland with the trans male doctor and the female nurse, where the militant trans lobby have tried to destroy the nurse's career.

Two. One for each sex.

If people want to meet to discuss poetry or play Scrabble, or speak French, there is no need to divide on the basis of sex, but if a group is ‘women only’ it should not have to include men, and vice versa.

I've no doubt the council are being exceptionally sexist and woman-hating.

It's because they're women who don't want to be surrounded by creepy blokes trying to get into the women's knickers and trying to turn them into subservient little housewives/mothers with no brains or lives of their own.

Good on these lovely lesbian ladies, I hope they sue the stuffing out of the council!
