Best websites for knitting patterns?

I've bought some wonderful vintage knitting patterns on ebay. They're usually photocopies though.

knitted-patterns.com and knitsi.com - good websites with free knitting patterns.

So, Deramores are more like an online store but they do some great bits and literally have thousands of knitting patterns to choose from, like baby blankets and cardi’s and all sorts.

I use knittingpatterncentral.com and sometimes patternfish.com among others.

Try knittingonthenet.com, look at their knitting stitch patterns, good way to jazz up a favorite pattern.

I do more crochet than knitting but would second Deramores for both.

The free ones from Hobbycraft include a Sirdar one in baby Crofter for which I paid about £2.75!
However, that was about 3 years ago and I have knit it at least four times.

I just did a search because Patons do free knitting patterns online, and I found that Hobbycraft also do free patterns:

I'd go for ravelry, there are thousands of patterns and groups like "loving the freebies" who keep finding more.

Love knitting.com does everything for knitting patterns wool and accessories. I've been having a good look as I've recently won £100 voucher from filling in a survey on Gransnet . So thrilled to win haven't won anything for years and years. DD2 and grandchildren are getting a new jumper and new cardigans respectively

I can remember when knitting patterns were 6d in old money.
They have gone up a bit haven't they?

Etsy is also a good source but they're not free sadly!

I like knittingparadise.com as they have free patterns and also a members forum so you can share ideas. You can receive regular emails from them too.
