Craft project son’s old football uniforms

I have about 20-24 years worth of football uniforms from my two son’s various clubs and teams.
They don’t want to take and store all of them when they move abroad and are happy for them to be binned but I’d like to make some kind of sewing or craft project out of them as a keepsake for them and their children.
Has any other poster tried something like this? I’m not a strong sewer but I have a friend who could assist.
