Thanks for the lovely comments.

That’s a very lovely wreath!

Must say I’m glad my dh has his own all-absorbing interest, in family history research. And I don’t suppose my not too frequent parcels of yarn cost any more than the seemingly endless birth, death, and marriage certificates he orders.

He has his own work space, too, aka his ‘lair’ in a spare room, while my stuff is either spread over a sofa or the dining table, according to whether I’m knitting or sewing up. And sometimes both, when I’ve got more than one thing on the go.

I particularly like the Easter one. That would go down well with my DGC. They love everything about Easter, especially the eggs but all the bunnies and chicks as well!

I would buy one. They are lovely.

Thank you, glad you like it as I hope to sell them?

Meant to add, your wreaths are beautiful, Crazygran!

I feel a bit guilty about my new-found love of sewing. My "sewing room" (actually the second bedroom complete with double bed!) is upstairs and he does his jigsaws/watches cricket/reads downstairs. Sometimes it feels like we only meet up at lunchtimes and dinnertimes! Although he is very happy that I have a new hobby, I do think to myself that I am leaving him to his own devices a lot of the time. Having said that, he retired seven years before me so I suppose he must have got used to being on his own in the house by now!

That's so pretty Crazygran, and glad that he approves. ?

Only kidding , he is very supportive and wants a share of my first million ??

What aspect of your crafting doesn't your partner like? My OH is always interested in what I'm doing and makes 'helpful' suggestions.

Thank you .

The Easter wreath is beautiful. Far more original than a Christmas one.

I especially love the Easter wreath.

He's probably jealous! You are keeping yourself occupied and enjoying your creations. I think they are lovely.

I have always dabbled in craft, mainly cards but during second lockdown I have gone mad creating and up cycling.
Love Pinterest but it’s costing me a fortune ??
