Looking for 4inch poppy crochet pattern

A friend is knitting poppies for a remembrance day display. I said I would crochet some but they need to measure 4inch (dk acrylic wool) and I can't find a pattern that big. Also I'm a novice at crochet and have no idea how to enlarge a smaller pattern.
Can anyone help?

I have used this pattern. Size up a bit by using a bigger hook (and also thicker yarn if you want).

As Theexwife says there is lots of useful advice on You Tube.
