Hospital gown with envelope neck

I was recently in hospital and instead of the usual open back gown with strings attached I was given one with a sort of yoke and a cross over v neck. I'm not sure exactly what it was like at the back as I couldn't see but it was easy to slip on over my head and, as I say there were no strings needed. It had the usual short sleeves and was straight up and down with a slit at the back. It was so nice I thought I'd like to make one - without the back slit, of course. Has anyone come across a paper pattern for such a thing, please?
