I help my son in his joinery business and his latest employee (only been here about 6 weeks) has very kindly turned up this morning with boxes of Quality Street for everyone. I need to reciprocate but what can I get a young man (21) who doesn't drink? I know so little about him... Any ideas greatly appreciated.

Too late now but I would give him a 'homemade' cake or biscuits, but what about the other staff? Be careful not to favour one, unless everyone looks on him as an adopted son to spoil.

Do others get a bottle of wine from your son?

How great to hear of someone young not drinking.
