I totally go along with needing new stamina and I could really do with a new brain that hasn't been affected by cancer medication and treatment please then I'll be able to remember the past better!

Hands, bladder, all the usual suggestions would be nice, but most of all I would like a new brain, one that doesn't succumb to depression like mine frequently does.

Terribull, so right about the thyroxine. I have never regained the old energy since diagnosis of hypothyroidism. Maybe it's because the normal spectrum is huge. It needs revising and is really a hidden condition. Well said.

How many are we allowed? I'd like hair, eyes and teeth. And if possible, I think a long tail would be quite handy, for balance and holding on.

New heart please. Despite treatment and ops, the one I have is prone to kicking off at 238 beats a minute. It's done it since I was 13 though... so I suppose I should be used to it by now !

Same as Eglantine - an extra bladder. No worries about finding a loo when out then!

Teeth for me, please, a whole new set of nice white gnashers. I promise I'd look after them properly this time, and anyway they wouldn't have to last as long as the originals.

Hands for me too! When fly fishing you frequently have to do half a dozen things at once when you hook into a fish and an extra pair of hands would be most useful. Also good eyes, because I can't see to tie the flies on or find them again when they are on the water!!

BBbevan Sun 13-Aug-17 19:35:17

Eyes, I have always been very short sighted

JackyB Sun 13-Aug-17 19:31:28

Digestive system. It's always bubbling and burping in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Kittye Sun 13-Aug-17 18:19:35

Grow some nice new shiny white teeth ?

LadyGracie Sun 13-Aug-17 17:39:38

Eyes that can see properly please

Cherrytree59 Sun 13-Aug-17 16:30:21

Eyes in the back of my head

Although DGC think Gran already does grin

grannysue05 Sun 13-Aug-17 16:15:13

New hair (is that counted as a body part?) Lush and colourful instead of thin and wispy!

Jane10 Sun 13-Aug-17 15:58:25

New knees!

GrandmaMoira Sun 13-Aug-17 15:56:48

New hands and bladder. The other joints are not too bad but the arthritis in my hands causes lots of difficulties and my bladder is not as efficient as it was.

M0nica Sun 13-Aug-17 15:47:29

I would give almost anything to get my stamina back. I used to be able to go out and garden for half a day then shoot out to do something else and repeat every day.

I can still do it- for a day, but I then need two days to recover.

TerriBull Sun 13-Aug-17 10:47:32

Nothing extra, I'd settle some vitality and energy like I used to have before I was diagnosed with an under active thyroid and prescribed Thyroxine which doesn't do a lot hmm

Anniebach Sun 13-Aug-17 09:57:48

Hands please, be free of this damn strapping and will be able to use a pen again

gillybob Sun 13-Aug-17 09:55:31

I would have a second brain please. The one I have doesn't engage quick enough.

Eglantine19 Sun 13-Aug-17 09:53:15

Extra or additional? I'd love a pair of gills. But if it's got to be more of the same I'll have an extra bladder!

grannylyn65 Sun 13-Aug-17 08:03:30

Have an extra body part, what it be? I want another pair of hands, especially when it say'press 2 sides together and remove , can't b****y reach ?
