Heartthrobs and Turn-offs

I was thinking recently about my favourite heart-throbs over the decades.
Also which actors/celebrities actually turned me off !
My heartthrobs are :
George Clooney (just think of the Nespresso ad!)
Aidan Turner (imagine Poldark)
Tom Hiddleston (remember The Night Manager)

My absolute turn off would be ... Arnold Swarznegger
So come on GN's ....three hearthrobs and one turn off.

Let me assist you, ladies. I would be delighted to take Russell Brand, Daniel Craig, Brian Cox and David Tennant (Ooh when he played Casanova!) off your hands. Just as a favour of course ;-)

And Matt Smith the other Doctor Who, Tom Hiddleston, Benedict Cumberbatch, Tom Hardy, the young Bruce Willis, the young Johnny Depp.

You can keep David Beckham, Jimmy Carr (that awful laugh), Jonathan Ross (too up himself) and Johnny Vegas (just yuck). And poor Johnny Depp hasn't aged well at all.

Three not enough! Reckon I'll be pondering on this for ages. Used to have crushes on Johnny Depp and Paxman till they left their long time partners, so must have found their fidelity in the face of lots of temptation attractive. My adoration for Syd Barratt (sp) has never diminished. Ditto Michael Wood. Currently Cillian Murphy is the favourite but has probably been overtaken by Tom Hardy. First ever big crush was Rudolph Valentino (from a picture in a film annual).Don't find Ryan Gosling remotely attractive (eyes too close together). Like George Clooney as a person but don't find him attractive.

threexnanny Wed 13-Sept-17 16:52:15

I agree with most of the turn-offs already mentioned and would like to add most male MP's except David Owen.

I like well dressed men such as Patrick Grant from Sewing Bee and Dan Stevens and Hugh Bonniville in their Downton costumes -especially the military ones!

Also like to see married men wearing wedding rings so George Clooney gets it just right!

Imperfect27 Wed 13-Sept-17 16:50:55

Whoops (again) - 'offs' not 'outs'

Still can't shake off the horror of DT being on someone's 'ons' list ...

Imperfect27 Wed 13-Sept-17 16:46:51

Trouble is devongirl, as tastes differ, we might have months of being stuck with our 'outs' ...

Christinefrance - we could even it up and invite the grandpas to suggest their favourites too ...

bettyboo22 Wed 13-Sept-17 16:43:43

Turns Ons

The bloke who's behind the Rovers bar in corrie

Like cherryhatrick my hearththrobs were different in those days:
Best -
Kirk Douglas - he's still alive! aged 100 so no point fancying him now.
Now, my favourite is Hugh Laurie.
Like many others, can't stand Jonathan Ross or Russell Brand.
