I'm in a 'bottomless pit' mode today - just can't eat enough!

So far I've had:

2 fried eggs, tomatoes, avocado, 2 coffees
Sea bass fillets, red cabbage & salad, 2 glasses of wine
3 slices of bacon, brown sauce, on a buttered brioche bun
1 mini Magnum

I'm still hungry!

MiniMoon Wed 19-Dec-18 17:37:58

One slice of toast.

Afternoon tea, consisting of:
Prawn cocktail served in small glass cup.
Finger sandwiches, ham & mustard
smoked salmon
cream cheese &
cucumber.
Fruit scone, jam and cream
Tiny lemon meringue pie
Vanilla custard tart with fresh fruits
Chocolate brownie
Choux pastry swan (looked beautiful)

(There were two sponge cakes which I didn't eat as I'm not keen).

Not thinking about supper yet!

Weetabix.
Beans on toast (2 slices, loads of butter).
Crisps and a mince pie after giving blood (good excuse!).
And DH is making a spaghetti dish for tea with olives and spicy sausage.
In and amongst, half a dozen dried figs, a pomegranate, an apple and a couple of satsumas.
No alcohol (or maybe just a teensy Baileys, seeing as lemongrove has put it in my head. ?

lemongrove Wed 19-Dec-18 14:10:57

? too much!
I wish I was as slim as you travel ...and no doubt I would be if I only followed your example.tchgrin but the mince pies and Baileys are calling.

Breakfast was a satsuma, three walnuts and 2 dried prunes and cup of tea and coffee.

Just had my usual lunch of celery sticks and apple with tablespoon of natural peanut butter on the side.

Tonight i'm having grains, greens and beans with plain chicken.

Absolutely nothing today except for a few sips of water. I was awake all night with horrendous chest and stomach pains, I was sick and the pain eased. I am now going to try a cup of tea.

MiniMoon Wed 19-Dec-18 09:51:07

Nothing so far except for a cup of tea.

Going out at 2pm for Afternoon Tea at a local country mansion.

Pythagorus Wed 19-Dec-18 00:23:54

Corned beef salad sandwich from deli.
Garlic mushrooms and lobster ravioli at works reunion.
Half a bottle of red wine so far, and I’m now off to our local pub quiz.
Oh dear. tchsmile

MiniMoon Tue 18-Dec-18 18:34:18

Since posting earlier I've had;
Fillet steak
Mustard mash
Carrots, peas and boiled onions
Mushroom gravy.

Mince pie. Cup of tea

Slice of pizza and two small breaded chicken fillets.
The latter to use up what's left in the freezer before the Christmas shop.

Greyduster Tue 18-Dec-18 18:04:33

Toast and honey, a huge puff pastry confection full of cream and jam (courtesy of DH!), which was a bridge too far for me ?; and lasagne, using up bolognese sauce from this morning’s freezer clear out, with salad.

NanaKay58 Tue 18-Dec-18 15:51:49

Ended up not having edamame or wine last night, just a teriyaki thigh leftover.
I don't really like breakfast (except when I exercise, then I am famished!) and today we have our work Christmas lunch at a nearby restaurant. The restaurant is rather upscale, but the food is ......meh.....boring
Wish they would pick a different one.
Think I will have Bruschetta, salmon and seasonal veggies.
I'm attempting to loose a few lb's due to medz by limiting carbs - but its sooo hard, love my carbies :-)

Gonegirl Tue 18-Dec-18 14:53:43

Coins. Not Buttons. And coins involve much more chocolate.

Gonegirl Tue 18-Dec-18 14:52:51

I am now munching my way through a pack of chocolate buttons bought for grandson. Because the tree lights are tangled. Sigh.

Gonegirl Tue 18-Dec-18 13:57:02

2slices...

Gonegirl Tue 18-Dec-18 13:56:39

Two shredded wheat with blueberries. And for lunch three eggs scrambled with slices bread and butter. And a good spoonful of Gaviscon Advance as my acid reflux has been playing up something chronic this morning.

oldbatty Tue 18-Dec-18 11:05:12

MiniMoon Tue 18-Dec-18 10:47:14
