What have you eaten today?

I'm in a 'bottomless pit' mode today - just can't eat enough!

So far I've had:

2 fried eggs, tomatoes, avocado, 2 coffees
Sea bass fillets, red cabbage & salad, 2 glasses of wine
3 slices of bacon, brown sauce, on a buttered brioche bun
1 mini Magnum

I'm still hungry!

A fast day, so:
Two grilled fishfingers, half a slice of buttered wholemeal bread.
A very few pasta shapes with a portion of homemade lentil and veg sauce.
100g of physalis and a sharon fruit.

For lunch I made a meat pie with some leftover beef stew and Jusroll puff pastry. Plus green beans.
Delicious, but indigestion later.
A light supper tonight (Ryvita and cheese.)

I had walnuts on greek yog with a satsuma for breakfast.

For lunch i had an apple with three celery sticks and a heaped spoon of peanut butter. I have this every day

For dinner i am having grains greens and beans with advocado and chicken for protein on top of a green salad, this is my new fav dinner.

Mythis evening will be fresh fruit salad and a pkt of pom bear crisps my treat for the day.

I usually have a glass of milk before bed too.

Roast chicken, M&S super wholegrains (half sachet)
Two sourdough crispbreads and too much Manchego!
2 glasses of white wine
2 cups of tea

Will have more or less the same today as leftovers need eating up.

Yesterday I ate two pieces of toast with goat's cheese.
Two ham sandwiches with a handful of crisps.
Spaghetti carbonara.
A banana.
A mouthful of wine just to taste, three cups of tea, two of coffee and a glass of sparkling grape juice.

Whoops! I’m posting in the car (not driving wink).

Cous cous, of course! With leeks and carrots.
Two apples, two mini bags of Haribo.
Then we went out and I had an apple spiced gluhwein and two pints of beer. blush

Being abstemious and having no alcohol as we have a long drive north tomorrow and a clear head is required.
I might have a small portion of ice cream later.

A corned beef and tomato sandwich (one slice of bread)
Half a bag of baked crisps (less calories than normal ones)

a pub quiz

Porridge, 0% Greek yoghurt and a drizzle of honey. Two mugs of tea.
Coffee.
Pink gin.
Roast pork, two roast potatoes, steamed veg.
1 scoop vanilla ice cream.
Mug of tea.
Pork and apricot chutney thin.
A glass of dry white wine later on.

Porridge oats with plain yogurt, blueberries, an apricot & a prune. Orange juice. Tea.
Coffee.
Cheese on toast and 4 small tomatoes. Tea.
Tea.
Small glass sherry,
Roast beef, roast potatoes, parsnips, green beans & gravy. Small glass red wine.
Apple pie & cream.
Will probably succumb & have another small glass of wine after I’ve cleared up!

A toasted teacake with jam.

I am on a downward spiral after a year of healthy eating. It is so scary to see it written down!

Porridge with skimmed milk and strawberries and a cup of tea (good start)
2 slices of pepperoni pizza (cooked for the kids). Plus a cup of tea.
Peanut butter sandwich ( I was still hungry)
Squeezy Cheese wrap (DGD was hungry and it appealed to me too) Plus a cup of coffee.
Roast Pork dinner with gravy, roast potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green beans, peas, sweetcorn, spinach, apple sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan over the cauliflower (just 'cos I like it).
A bottle of raspberry flavoured cider I found yesterday (from last Christmas)
A very large spoonful of Mint Choc Chip ice cream when I was dishing it out for the kids.
2 toffee shortbread biscuits (Daddy (DS) was bathing the kids)
2 Large glasses of pale cream sherry (just to finish the bottle)
3 packs of cheese and onion crisps (to soak up the alcohol)
2 large glasses of cream sherry (just checking the Christmas bottles and after all the previous alcohol had already been soaked up!)

Yes ... children's meals and alcoholic evenings have been highlighted as the problem areas. No wonder I am putting on weight!

Maybe in January.... I also like nuts!!

Lunchtime----ham mushrooms sausage egg and fried bread, cup of tea.

Cheese and crackers now with coffee.

Fish shop fish, half a dozen chips, peas, slice of wholemeal bread.
Beans and cheese on toast.
Two apples, a kiwi fruit, a pomegranate, four dates.
A choc chip cookie and a mince pie at the Xmas concert.
A glass or two of red coming up later. smile

Yesterday I ate :- scrambled egg with two pieces of toast.
Corned beef sandwiches with a glass of tomato juice.
Scampi with cauliflower cheese, carrots and saute potatoes.
Bowl of blueberries.
I ate one sugar free sherbert lemon sweet whilst watching TV.

Meant to say I love breakfast out, but it's only ever once in a blue moon. (Blue moon last happened two weeks ago!). Once a week yes, but wouldn't like it every day, especially if you're on a budget.. I have toast or porridge weekdays, sausage or bacon roll on Sundays.
