I am on a downward spiral after a year of healthy eating. It is so scary to see it written down!
Porridge with skimmed milk and strawberries and a cup of tea (good start)
2 slices of pepperoni pizza (cooked for the kids). Plus a cup of tea.
Peanut butter sandwich ( I was still hungry)
Squeezy Cheese wrap (DGD was hungry and it appealed to me too) Plus a cup of coffee.
Roast Pork dinner with gravy, roast potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, green beans, peas, sweetcorn, spinach, apple sauce and a sprinkling of parmesan over the cauliflower (just 'cos I like it).
A bottle of raspberry flavoured cider I found yesterday (from last Christmas)
A very large spoonful of Mint Choc Chip ice cream when I was dishing it out for the kids.
2 toffee shortbread biscuits (Daddy (DS) was bathing the kids)
2 Large glasses of pale cream sherry (just to finish the bottle)
3 packs of cheese and onion crisps (to soak up the alcohol)
2 large glasses of cream sherry (just checking the Christmas bottles and after all the previous alcohol had already been soaked up!)
Yes ... children's meals and alcoholic evenings have been highlighted as the problem areas. No wonder I am putting on weight!
Maybe in January.... I also like nuts!!
