I'm in a 'bottomless pit' mode today - just can't eat enough!

So far I've had:

2 fried eggs, tomatoes, avocado, 2 coffees
Sea bass fillets, red cabbage & salad, 2 glasses of wine
3 slices of bacon, brown sauce, on a buttered brioche bun
1 mini Magnum

I'm still hungry!

Today will be a bad day for me. Son-in-Law's 50th birthday do.

Maggiemaybe Sat 05-Jan-19 12:15:40

Today hasn’t started well. Two slices of wholemeal toast and cheese for breakfast, followed by the full box of chocolate marzipans I’ve just found under the tree. I’ll count them as lunch. blush

We do not do 16:8 fast on the weekend.
So a bowl of strawberries and yogurt for breakfast
Lunch is to be home made left over veg soup with a slice of low GI bread ( Lidl)
Tonight Quorn cottage pie with cauliflower topping plus cabbage.
Might have 1 biscuit with a cup of tea.

Fast day today, so just a bowl of homemade broccoli soup with two slices of wholemeal bread. Earlier I had a pomegranate, an apple and a slice of melon.

Roll on tomorrow, when I’m planning on going for a curry. smile

Trying to be a bit more healthy here too, but it’s a very gradual process....
Today I’ve had:
Shredded wheat.
My free cookies at the pictures.
A small plate of leftover mixed olives and feta.
An apple, two plums.
Beef casserole with small baked potato, carrots, broccoli.
A glass of winter spiced beer.
The last of the Quality Street (quite a few blush).
I’m now deciding whether to succumb to a few crisps and dips or head for bed.

I LOVE these answers and wish there was a 'Like' facility as there is on FB.

My uninspired but delicious brekkie was....
Cup of decaf, very strong, poached egg on a slice of Paleo bread (no, not a fad diet, my tummy can't tolerate anything else) and some silver beet with a knob of butter.
