What helped my thinning hair was large doses of Biotin, GL gelatin powder (available from that online South American river website - ) which can be added to anything and is tasteless, and silica capsules.

As with all these supplements you have to take care if you already take medication that you don't suffer adverse effects. Or if there's a condition that you have which doesn't permit using this product.
It's always best to ask either the GP or pharmacist first.

I took this for 6 months with no effect. We are all different though, so might work for you.
