I'm an owl by nature, always was. Struggled in the mornings all my life but discipline got me out of bed, don't know what refreshed feels like I ho to bed at various times, rarely before 11pm. I enjoy the headspace if others in bed. Then I read. Rarely up before 10 30. If I'm awake early I lie in relaxing, coming to! If I have an early morning appt it really disrupts my sleep as I'm on edge
