Short length jeans, but not too short!

can't you just wear them in the bath a few times,
like we used to, shrink to fit...

I got some in metal and a few days ago.

Janal1,I have just bought 3/4 length trousers for my son from M&S and JDWilliams, neither were very expensive.

Does anyone know where you can get mens 3/4 casual trousers that are not expensive,i've tried loads of places for my Husband.

Phase Eight have lots of trousers of all lengths in their on line sale.

Question - are jeans the most unflattering garment ever? Walk down the High Street and you will see what I mean , particularly if you view from behind the wearer!

As another undertall Gran (5'1" on a good day) I have found that going for skinny jeans (including from online suppliers) that are 7/8 length works for me without having to take them up. Not sure what that is in inches. ?

You have my sympathies. Have found it almost impossible to get 27 inch so 26 must be a nightmare. Good luvk

@grandtanteJE65 I’ve never seen 26” leg length Levi’s, but at my local branch of Levi’s shop, they do free alterations on site. I assume it’s because, having tried their stock on for size, people then ordered online to get the correct leg length. My alterations never looked as good as theirs. They have all the matching threads ?

If you hate sewing, you can buy fabric glue.

Landsend.co.uk - I think with some items it is possible to request the leg length hemming at time of order. They have a trouser sale at the moment.....!

I usually get ankle grazers which are full length on me when I buy trousers so maybe jeans are the same.

I just turn the ankles up on the outside or if they are tight fitting i turn them up on the inside, when i tried altering them they never look right.
Next do do different lengths though.

A quick Google shows that Bon Marche, Cotton Traders, M&Co all do 26" lenght jeans.

Have you had a look at Next/Bon Marche/Peacocks they seem to have a good selection of lengths not sure though if I have seen 26" length also try ebay and do a search you may be lucky.
