Do any of you lovely ladies remember if it is normal to have increased cramping before menopause?
I’m 48 and it seems I have frequent, low grade period type cramps- worse at ovulation and during period but in between too.
I had a scan and with the exception of a fibroid all was normal.
It’s worse on the right side.
I’d feel a lot better if I knew this is just a stage to pass through as opposed to anything serious...
Any thoughts appreciated.
