I am looking for an eyebrow pencil suitable for me. I have blonde hair (highlighted) and medium skin. I find they are all too dark. I am using an Avon one at the moment- light blonde but its still seems too dark. Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
Is this behaviour appropriate.
